Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included.

Return Process

To return an item, please send us a direct message (DM) via Instagram at @blackdot_official_usa to receive instructions. Once you receive a return confirmation, you may send the item back to the return address provided.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for any additional return shipping costs. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow approximately 7 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds may take a few billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. You will be notified via Instagram DM when your refund is processed.

Exceptions
